WHY AM I BEING  ASKED TO CREATE/SIGN IN TO A MICROSOFT ACCOUNT?

We have built SOARIZON with security at the forefront of everything we do. Using Microsoft's Secure Authentication Signup and Login practices will ensure your commercially sensitive data remains protected.

we are currently working on a new registration and login system that will allow you to select your preferred login method. In addition to you being able to login with your email address, you will also be able to login to SOARIZON using the credentials of an existing Microsoft, Google or LinkedIn account. We aim to complete this work by the end of 2019.

I AM HAVING AN ISSUE DURING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS

We're sorry you're having trouble. The first thing to try is to ensure you are running the latest version of Google Chrome, which can be found here.

TROUBLESHOOTING:

THE REGISTRATION PAGE ISN'T LOADING PROPERTY

If on attempting to register the webpage appears to hang or returns to the registration screen, please return to the home screen and attempt to sign in using your Microsoft email and password. (This step will only assist those who are attempting to register with an email that is already associated to a Microsoft account).

THERE'S NO BUTTON IN MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL

If on registering you receive a confirmation email that does not appear to have a button where it should, please try clicking
in the blank space.

With the current registration process, we are experiencing an issue where the automated emails are having problems displaying in some email clients.
